4. What do the prices cover?
The prices are expressed in US$. Therefore, they are susceptible to change a little with the exchange rate. Prices are always "closing costs included" and incorporate: state taxes and VAT, deed expenses and agency expenses.

5. What guarantees does Euro-Am Realty offer?
You benefit of an english spoken negotiator on the spot, working with french brokers and introduced on the local market. When you make the purchase decision, a french representative (real estate licensee in Florida) will come with you from the United States to facilitate and explain you the procedures.

6. What "property tax" and "local tax" mean?
These taxes are collected by local authorities and vary according to the possessions, their characteristics and the region. They are payable every year. The amount is given in dollars on the website but they are payable in euros. The tax notices can be sent to you in the United States. You will not have other taxes to pay. 7. Why is it the right time for buying?
The region is in full development: the sustained growth of the real estate market is a guarantee of investment because prices will increase in the short term.

8. When coming and how coming?
The high season is during July and August. Spring and Fall mean no crowds and pleasant temperatures. The season for skiing goes from December to April. There are daily flights to Perpignan via Paris, but also connections via London. The flight from Paris to Perpignan lasts 1 hour 20’ and costs around $ 200. The trip from Paris can also be made by train or by car.
